Pakenham Twinklekids Early Learning Centre provides centre-based care for up to 90 approved spaces. Situated just off the Princes Highway, our state-of-the-art Early Learning Centre stands as a beacon of opportunity for children and families. We proudly offer six spacious classrooms thoughtfully designed to nurture little minds from 6 weeks through to 6 years of age. I have worked in the child care and early learning sector since 1991 and I have an Advanced Diploma in Children’s Services.

They play together by sharing toys, reading books, crawling around different spaces and playing socially. We focus on getting children school ready through educational, social and emotional learning. When it comes to your child, we go beyond core language, literacy and numeracy to also focus on supporting their social and emotional development – including overall resilience.
Story House Early Learning  Pakenham is operated by Story House Early Learning No 1 Pty Ltd, which contributes 1% to the total available child care capacity in Victoria. I also bring experience in Youth Work, Event management and Hospitality management, which has strengthened my leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Indoors, bright and engaging learning spaces encourage creativity, collaboration, and discovery through play. Plan and deliver the Homework Club over two days per week during school terms, in line with the Victorian African Communities Action Plan guidelines and agreed funding deliverables. Each room receives fresh fruit daily, and seasonal fruit is always available in the front foyer for children to take on their way out, keeping hungry bellies satisfied before dinner. At our Pakenham early learning centre, all meals are cooked fresh daily with no processed foods. We are highly allergen-aware and cater to all dietary requirements, including Halal, allergy management, and preferences for picky eaters. Our seasonal four-week rotating menu, planned according to Nutrition Australia guidelines, offers a variety of nutritious options for breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, and a late snack.

This experience has also deepened my understanding of the community’s needs and the children I have the privilege to educate and care for. I’m passionate about giving kids the best start in life, and I find it incredibly rewarding to watch them grow and learn during such vital years. Building trust with families and creating a safe, nurturing environment is at the heart of everything I do. We offer long day care and a Kindergarten program for children aged 6 weeks to school age, conveniently located for families in Pakenham, Beaconsfield and Officer in Melbourne. Throughout my career, I’ve held various roles, including Inclusion Support, Assistant Educator, Lead Educator, Sustainability Leader, Educational Leader, Assistant Centre Manager, and now Centre Manager.
