We'll discuss the bump-in time at the time of booking to ensure we have enough time to deliver a beautiful display. A Saturday hire MUST be returned to us by MONDAY 10am -2pm or late fees will apply. Helium balloons are best gifted on the same day as they are created for  maximum effect and longevity. Please note balloons can change size and shape due to temperature changes. Having an idea of your budget also helps us create the right design for you.
